Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Downbeat4-4 ("the App"), operated by Edipko Inc. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions

• The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Band, Band+, Pro, Business) available on a monthly or annual basis.
• iOS/macOS: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Web: Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage your subscription through the Manage Subscription link in the App.
• Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be noted at the time of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (songs, setlists, chord charts, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display your content solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Edipko Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edipko Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
